I am a freelance consultant specializing in Operational Excellence, Lean Management, and Production Process Optimization. I support companies in making their manufacturing processes more efficient, transparent, and cost-conscious.

My expertise includes process design, cost logic, Activity-Based Costing (ABC), master data structures, as well as the analysis and evaluation of production data. I use tools like Power BI to present key figures, deviations, and production performance in a clear and decision-relevant manner.

With over 15 years of experience in international production environments, I understand the challenges at the interface of Operations, IT, and Finance and help teams implement sustainable improvements.

I work on a project basis as a freelancer and support transformation and optimization programs – from shop floor analyses and Lean/OPEX implementations to end-to-end process optimizations.
