• Led a microservices-based project leveraging Microsoft Azure to implement a new system architecture at Ellevio, a major energy company. The initiative was part of a broader digital transformation strategy aimed at modernizing Ellevio's system landscape to unlock greater business value from data. The project focused on enhancing customer experience and internal efficiency by making high-quality data accessible to AI solutions, MarTech, and customer service platforms. I led a cross-functional team of developers, solution architects, testers, digital business developers, CX leads, product owners, and external partners specializing in marketing automation and customer service technologies.
• Led a project to generate actionable insights from customer feedback using the CX platform Lumoa (https://www.lumoa.me/). Leveraged Lumoa's generative AI capabilities to create an aggregated view of all customer data, enabling data-driven decisions through the Voice of the Customer program.
• Conducted an CRM pre-study and evaluated a wide range of leading systems. The project aimed to map the current situation, define strategic target visions, a change management plan and establish clear requirements for a new CRM solution.
