I am a logistics and last-mile expert with nearly 20 years of experience in operational control, process optimization, and cost control in various logistics areas.

I am qualified as a Bachelor Professional in Logistics (IHK) (Geprüfter Fachwirt für Logistiksysteme).

My professional career includes activities in food logistics, industrial and warehouse logistics, as well as in safety-critical organizations. Previous employers include EDEKA Südbayern (food logistics), Coca-Cola (warehouse logistics), and the German Air Force (Luftwaffe).

In recent years, I have specialized in CEP logistics and last-mile delivery, with a focus on route optimization, carrier management, KPI reporting, and operational performance improvement.
