I oversee key initiatives in critical domains such as Authentication, Onboarding Experience, User Management, and KYC, where we focus on optimizing the new user activation flow through experimentation, authentication improvements, and regulatory compliance. I also contribute to strategic initiatives like data lifecycle management and the definition of the Engineering Competency Framework.

For 4 years, I worked as a Senior Software Engineer in the DIFM (Do It For Me) team, where I led initiatives related to system modularization and improving the user experience in the assisted tax filing service.
