- analysis and evaluation of the files presented on the basis of criteria retained by Bpifrance covering the validity of the planned market, the validity of the development and industrialization plan, the degree of innovation and industrial property, the consistency of the budget presented, the skills available or to be acquired, the strategic interest of the project and its contribution to the industrial independence of France, the contribution to the energy transition and respect for the environment.

In addition, I suggested (with a colleague Expert, Philippe de Clogenson) to improve the process by supporting companies in setting up their file and during in-depth investigations to strengthen the request from a technical, budgetary, marketing and commercial point of view, project management and skills development.

I am available for this type of mission, in the automotive sector but also in other industrial sectors, given my extensive experience in the automotive industry (refer to my profile!)

1) 39 yrs of experience in the Automotive Industry at Valeo , mostly in R&D but as well in manufacturing ( responsible of 2 lines of production in Etaples factory during 2years). Last appointment as CTO for CDA. 2) 3 yeards of experience in Quality management and manufacturing at APS Noisiel . 3) Valeo Master Expert (mechatronic), now Master Expert Honoris Causa 4) Pilot of Expert Group ( DAS SME ) for Mov'eo for 3 years and Chairman of Comité Domain at VeDeCom for 3 years (Group 1 : vehicule elctrification) With my teams in Valeo

-we introduced Stop-Start systems on the Market , we developed and launched a complete set of electical machines and their Electronic controls for the different level of hybridization up to Full Electric vehicles .

- we introduced highly competitive starters and generators on the market enabling Valeo to become one of the leader on this market
