Within the DPIET (Real Estate and Work Environment Department), reporting to the technical department, I am responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing energy performance, as well as updating the property data for Centrale Supélec's buildings. I am also the referent on these issues for the Rennes and Metz campuses.

Main missions:

- Monitor the consumption of various utilities (electricity, tap water, hot water, chilled water, etc.) and propose a sustainable system to ensure data traceability.

I developed an IT tool to map consumption by occupancy zone, usage, and service, etc., by optimizing the visibility of sub-meters on the sites. All this in order to have finer visibility and consequently more targeted action in recommendations and on deviations.

- Study and optimize building consumption using the BEMS and the developed monitoring tool.

- Align energy efficiency with Centrale Supelec's Sustainable Development approach.

- Evaluate the energy savings opportunities offered by existing installations in conjunction with multi-technical service providers.

- Formulate recommendations for modernization/replacement of installations.

- Manage the energy project in conjunction with the works and maintenance departments.

- Monitoring, analysis, optimization of consumption, and proposal of corrective and improvement actions for tertiary buildings (>5000 m²);

- Keeping technical and energy management tools up to date (steering log, consumption monitoring, billing, and fund calls);

- Working in tandem by site with Operations Managers and internal departments and collaborating with our multi-technical maintenance subcontractors. Reporting and client relations related to technical, energy, and comfort issues occurring on the sites;

- Monitoring consumption commitments and participation in annual charge reconciliations;

- Carrying out technical and energy audits;

- Participation in the creation and implementation of new service offerings (e.g., demand response and flexibility);

- Development and improvement of team tools and processes.

NCPF project (R2 and T2 workshops) at the Orano la Hague site

Within the NCPF project transfer team, this position ensures that the constructions (the so-called "functional" parts) are operational for testing.

I ensured the proper execution of the project by confirming or not the adequacy of the on-site construction with the calculations and plans. This involved the control-command and automation part of the installations. In other words, it was about verifying that the connections between the final equipment to be controlled and the relevant automation controller were compliant before the testing phase.

Missions: Site supervisor in a nuclear environment

DAI Project at the Orano la Hague site

I worked as a site supervisor where my main missions were:

• Monitoring the progress of automatic fire detection (DAI) installation projects in several workshops on the site.

• Drafting reports, installation conformity forms, safety forms, and reservations for the client.

• Monitoring the quality of work performed with regard to regulatory and safety requirements, including the creation of surveillance programs.

• Working with various stakeholders from the ORANO Projets, Orano Cycle, and supplier partner teams.

DFG Project at the Beaumont Research Hall (ORANO)

Within the cementation team, I was involved in laboratory and pilot-scale testing to qualify the correct formulation, drafting test reports and technical notes.
