Over the years, I have become a specialist in change management and support, approaching it from various angles.

In particular:

- Skills assessment, work organization, project management, and therapeutic support (Sophrology, hypnosis, stress management, burnout prevention…)

In groups:

- Trainer: collective intelligence, benevolent management, non-violent communication, conflict management, etc.

- Workplace Well-being Coach: sophrologist, among other things…)

I have been a consultant for public and private companies for nearly 15 years. I have had the opportunity to work with large groups (EDF during its market opening - Gan/Groupama during their merger…) as well as with VSEs or individuals.

On another front, for the past 10 years, I have developed strong skills in teaching emotional management to children and adolescents, focusing on their impact on learning, in collaboration with PREs, schools, and families (Hypersensitivity, giftedness, ADHD, ASD, dyslexia, etc.) using therapeutic and pedagogical tools such as primitive reflexes, sophrology, kinesiology, accompanied by alternative methodologies like Montessori.
