Event with participants from 60 different markets divided into two parallel event formats. Audi After Sales Strategic Update is a conference format with 200 participants that runs through various program points over 3 days with arrival/departure, various dinners, daily program alternating and in different rooms. The Audi Twin Cup World Final format is intended for participants from up to 20 different markets who also come to Munich for 3 days to take part in a qualification competition. The challenge here is to get the participants to the various stations on time so that they can hold their test rounds. In addition, there is a dinner every evening, an opening event on day 1, and a large closing ceremony with an award presentation on the last day.

Partner Experience Event for PWC, my responsibility was the planning and organization of the schedule for the assignment of hostesses and hosts in coordination with guest management. I was responsible for managing a smooth event with the help of the hostesses and hosts deployed. Creation of the schedule, a comprehensive briefing document, on-site briefing of all hostesses and hosts, on-site implementation and control of the schedule.

At the Vorwerk International Award Night, 2000 participants from all over the world were invited who had achieved their sales targets. It is a 2-day event which begins with arrival and transfer to the various hotels at Arlanda Airport. A good system had to be found here to accommodate flight delays. On the first day, a joint dinner takes place in the respective hotels. On the second day, participants could then explore Stockholm, choosing from various options. The event concludes with the VIAN, an evening program with extensive awards in various categories, for which a separate exhibition hall is completely set up and an experience world is created. On the third day, a joint breakfast and the return transfer to the airport take place.
