Approach focused on understanding the real constraints of existing buildings and coordination between architecture, technology, and operations.

Coordination of technical infrastructure projects in critical Data Center environments in Switzerland and Germany (approx. 7,000 m² across multiple sites), including Data Center infrastructure, UPS systems, cooling infrastructure, and specific requirements for mission-critical environments.

Responsible for coordinating the installation of IT equipment (servers, storage), electrical installations, cooling systems, and technical cabling.

Participation in business continuity planning (IT Continuity / DRP) and coordination of real-condition exercises, including complete power outages, switchovers to UPS, and generator tests (black building tests).

Interface between IT teams, technical specialists (HVAC, electrical), and infrastructure managers to ensure consistency between operational requirements, technical installations, and the physical constraints of the building.

Extension of existing server rooms and creation of new technical spaces.

Project management for the creation of a private fiber optic network of approximately 40 km.

Work environment structured according to ITIL principles (Change and Problem Management).

Responsible for the deployment of a Wireless Local Loop (WLL) network, including the acquisition of technical sites, coordination of civil engineering work, and installation of telecommunication infrastructure.

Implementation of deployment processes, development of procedures and technical checklists.

Coordination of subcontractors and selection of technical partners (outsourcing).

Management of security aspects related to interventions on technical sites.

Coordination between technical requirements, site constraints, and deployment objectives in a multilingual environment (French, English, Swiss German) requiring adaptation to different professional cultures (telecom, civil engineering, operations).
