I've been involved in the new ESG solution since the beginning, now I oversee the end-to-end management of the CSRD, ESG Metrics & KPI modules in Tagetik, covering solution design, data consistency, release transitions and the technical supervision of the team.

Key responsibilities:

- Technical supervision of the team, supporting colleagues, reviewing their work and guiding them through complex configurations or issues

- Design and implementation of advanced components, including SQL stored procedures for data consistency and regulatory-driven transformations

- Release-to-release transition management, ensuring full data integrity during upgrades

- Functional testing, QA and issue analysis for new features and improvements

- Collaboration with the regulatory team to translate ESRS requirements into application logic

- Documentation of solution logic, data flows, controls and release procedures

Transformation Consulting - Banking/Insurance. Main activities: Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure that the implemented solutions met end-user expectations. Functional analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and propose optimal solutions. Constant monitoring of project progress, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.

Detailed analysis of products, services and financial markets, with particular attention to market trends and dynamics. Monthly development and presentation of an investment portfolio model, providing insights to consultants. Support to the group manager in monitoring group results between actual and forecasted and study of stimulus measures to reach the target
