Daniela Verna

I am an Italian lawyer specializing in legal translation from English and French to Italian. My area of expertise consists mainly in the translation of legal documents, particularly contracts, minutes of general meetings, articles of association, but also summonses, judgments, and authentic deeds.

However, my expertise is not limited to this field, as I have worked on various documents in the fields of insurance, economics, finance, and websites. After graduating in law, I completed a three-year traineeship in an Italian law firm specializing in civil and commercial law. During this period, I developed basic skills such as drafting pleadings, researching case law, and appearing in court. After completing my traineeship, I passed the national bar exam ("Esame di Stato per l'abilitazione all'esercizio della professione forense"). I obtained a diploma in legal translation from English to Italian / French to Italian and I am training as a corporate lawyer at EFC, the French School of Accounting in Lyon, to specialize in business law.

I have been working as a translator since 2010. My university education, internships, and work experience have enabled me to acquire the necessary skills for this role.

My personal qualities include seriousness, rigor, and organization, but I also possess a broad general knowledge and strong analytical skills.
