Everything starts with an idea, but many companies leave innovative ideas lying around; they disappear into a shelf and are initially ignored. This is often justified by the demands of everyday business: other, more urgent tasks take precedence. When one finally finds the time to deal with the ideas, one realizes that they have lost much of their original vitality. It is all the more difficult to motivate oneself and colleagues for these ideas. When dealing with ideas, it is therefore better to heed the proverb: "Strike while the iron is hot." This allows you to continue to leverage the enthusiasm for good ideas and thus bring them to fruition more quickly.

My idea is to support other companies in the implementation of change processes through my qualifications and my many years of experience as a project manager and as an accountant/controller, among others.
