Consultant in European project management and R&D funding, I support organizations and consortia in the setup, monitoring, and coordination of projects funded by the European Union (Horizon Europe, EU4Health, Eurostars).
I am involved in the entire lifecycle of European projects: contributing to the writing of funding proposals, structuring scientific and administrative files, coordinating between partners, monitoring reporting obligations, and managing project steering platforms (notably Eureka). I also participate in the implementation and monitoring of work packages in research and innovation projects.
I am currently working on several European projects in health, innovation, and research, notably as scientific coordinator (France) for an EU4Health project and responsible for the operational monitoring of an Eurostars CASCADE project for which I contributed to the file preparation, obtaining almost €1M in funding, and managing an international consortium (France and Norway) in cooperation with France Europe Innovation.
Educated in social sciences at the École de la Recherche de Sciences Po and Paris 8 University, I have developed expertise in applied research and data analysis (qualitative and quantitative), including surveys, interviews, content analysis, and data processing using R, applied in contexts of public policy, health, and social innovation.
