I provided customer support in Spanish for the Roche brand, focusing on inquiries about medical products, assistance with devices such as insulin pumps, order management, and case follow-up. The work included using CRM tools, clear communication, and efficient resolution of technical and human issues.

I developed skills in empathy, organization, and written and oral communication, working in an international environment with high quality standards.
