Collect and evaluate information about direct and indirect competitors, including their product offerings, pricing strategies, customer base, and market positioning in the telecom field; Identify industry trends, customer needs, and market demands by analyzing competitor behavior and positioning within the broader market;

Conduct Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis to assess competitors' strategies and identify potential market gaps or advantages; Review competitors' product features, pricing models, and customer reviews to benchmark against the company's offerings; Use a virtual lab with about 20 virtual machines (Windows ,Mac, mobile) to gather competitive software and do analysis on it; Prepare detailed competitive intelligence reports and Dashboards ( using Amplitude, ClickUp, Google Slides/Sheets, Figma) for senior management, including C level management, outlining key insights and actionable recommendations based on research findings

Build Post Processors using Java template, SQL and SAS scripts Assist requirement gathering and business analyst tasks for eCOA collection, reporting and data transfer Assist in troubleshooting potential issue/bug Promote and maintain Signant Health's high-quality, professional, service oriented company image Support development, review and approval of project related study documentation during the course of the Project Lifecycle, ensure documentation is complete and of a high quality Actively participate at client meetings acting as an ambassador for Signant Health at all times Perform billable application work, including system reviews and sales prototypes at customer sites Work with Project Managers to ensure complete review of application design for end user use and adherence to a clinical protocol Perform requirement gathering and business analyst tasks for eCOA collection, reporting and data transfer. Provide guidance to the client on the most suitable solution, ensuring that all recommendations are achievable within the scope of the product Present Post Processor and Integration eCOA solutions at client design review and testing (UAT) meetings at customer sites (as required) Regularly communicate the status updates of assigned tasks to internal and external stakeholders

Investigate and propose solutions for change in requirements or potential issue/bugs Ensure that the Project Team maintains a high quality service and on time delivery of project outputs for the client; guaranteed thorough unit testing work with the rest of the AS team to test configurations to ensure everything is set up properly.
