Within a team of 8 people in France (and 10 internationally), the project involves communicating with the Product Owner to track daily business evolutions from a technical perspective and ensure the consistency of business choices. For the project, this means presenting production KPIs and anticipating projects with the PO. As a leader, one task is also to ensure the technical choices made by the IT side. The most stimulating task is automating reports via QlikView/PowerPoint: reducing generation time from 5 days/month to 0.5 days/month for KPIs.

Within a team of 5 people in France (and 3 in India), the project consisted of being the bridge between the business team in France and the technical team in India. The role was primarily a coordination role to satisfy client understanding. It was also necessary to provide the Indian team with files/tools to work with and automate their tasks. For the CMDB part, the project involved being the point of contact for Total Energies to monitor the solution catalog published on ServiceNow.
