Those who know me know that Lean has been part of my daily life for a long time: tools, projects, hunting for non-added value, team animation, improving S,Q,D,C performance… the experience was there.

Performance diagnosis, roadmap definition, and deployment at the organizational level.

Projects:

• - Implementation of a wheelbarrow assembly line: infrastructure, storage, production plans, bills of materials, operating procedures, training

• - Manufacturing of stamping tools (design, conception, production, and commissioning)

• - Study and definition of the manufacturing process for a hardened aluminum tool with CETIM support

• - Revamping of the heat treatment furnace (refractories, burners, conveying)

• - Purchase of a spot welding machine

Ensure customer service by deploying the company's strategy. Lead the workshop through a team of managers coordinating safety, quality, scheduling, methods, maintenance, and production (3 shifts). Guarantee and optimize performance. Lead or contribute to the industrialization of new products.

• - Report financial results and action plans adapted to objectives and deviations.

MANAGE TEAMS:

• - Deploy management cycles to steer, communicate, support, involve, and ensure team success.

• - Train staff (skills, versatility) and recruit.

• - Involve and empower operators through working groups and projects.
