Damien Peyre

Damien Peyre (aka Cosmopolitailer) is a senior strategy consultant and transition leader with over 20 years of experience in the consumer goods, FMCG, and food and non-food retail sectors. He works on expansion strategy, purchasing and private label (MDD), omnichannel commerce, customer experience (CX), and digital transformation challenges.

C-level (CCO, CPO, COO, CMO), he supports international retailers and brands in growth, performance recovery, and operational transformation contexts, combining strategic vision with field execution.

He has strong expertise in private label strategy, category leadership, sourcing, and purchasing transformation, as well as in digital marketing and CX (omnichannel journeys, e-commerce, CRM, in-store execution). He has also led international expansion projects in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

He has worked with clients including Carrefour, Casino, Metro, Al Meera, Intermarché, GiFi, Pierre Fabre, Yves Rocher, and Stanhome, in both mature and high-growth markets.

Based in France and mobile internationally, Damien works at the Executive Committee level on projects with high stakes in transformation, performance, and organization.

The daily rate shown applies to long-term transition or transformation management assignments (≥ 6 months, full-time).

Any short, exploratory (interview) or pre-sales (pre-sales, defense) intervention is carried out only with prior explicit agreement and is fully invoiced.

Any deviation between this rate and client invoicing results from platform agreements or framework contracts, independent of my control.
