As a specialist in operational risk management, I assist organizations (companies, vocational training centers, multi-activity sites) in securing their employees and environment. My approach is based on a 360° view of security: from risk assessment (field audits, deployment of DUER and Papripact) to strict regulatory compliance (monitoring and application of standards).

A true technical expert, I design and manage tailor-made prevention strategies: development of prevention plans (works, SPS coordination), implementation of PPMS, and management of priority improvement projects. Beyond the regulatory aspect, I act as a driver of safety culture by training your teams (evacuation drills, extinguisher use) and raising awareness among your partners on best practices. My goal: to transform your regulatory obligations into a serene, efficient, and sustainably protected work environment.

Responsible for the QSE strategy for the Center and East regions, I supported the group in the continuous improvement of its performance and the management of its impacts. My missions focused on compliance and field support:

Risk Engineering (Health & Safety): Complete management of the DUERP update for all agencies in the perimeter. Identification of specific risks in the energy sector and implementation of appropriate prevention plans.

Environmental Management: Global overhaul of environmental assessments for agencies. Identification of significant environmental aspects (AES) and deployment of solutions to reduce the group's ecological footprint.

Operational & Field Control: Regular site visits and rigorous monitoring. Audit of safety practices in real conditions, awareness-raising of workers on electrical/height risks, and verification of compliance with standards.

Regional Coordination: Guarantee of the QSE culture among agency directors and site managers, ensuring consistency of protocols across the territory.

In a high-traffic mass retail environment, I managed the strategic and operational direction of site security. My intervention was structured around three main areas:

Management & Leadership: Direction and coordination of security teams, resource planning, and supervision of external service providers to ensure constant vigilance.

Prevention Engineering: Full management of the DUERP (Single Professional Risk Assessment Document). Identification of work-related risks, implementation of corrective action plans, and monitoring of safety indicators (work accidents/occupational diseases).

Compliance & Global Management: Guarantee of regulatory compliance (fire, public access buildings, accessibility). Management of the security budget, monitoring of periodic controls, and liaison with control authorities.
