Video director and trainer, I have been supporting companies and communication teams for several years in structuring their internal video production, from content design to distribution.

My approach is deliberately pragmatic: start with the tools already in place (smartphone, camera, software), establish simple and reproducible methods, and design formats adapted to the teams' real constraints (time, skills, organization).

I intervene for audits and practice diagnoses, as well as for operational support directly in the field: filming, editing, setting up workflows, creating templates and best practices.

In parallel with these missions, I provide Qualiopi-certified professional training (outside the Malt platform), which can be financed through OPCOs, to enable teams to gain autonomy while maintaining a professional quality level.

My goal: to help organizations produce useful, coherent, and sustainable videos, without always depending on external providers.
