• In charge of 3 departments related to IT Asset Management Solutions / Organization / Processes – P&L of +2,8M€ including SaaS recurring revenues.

• Consultancy services: 3 Direct Reports for ~20 consultants (advisory on Tech, asset management diagnosis, ITAM roadmap establishment, Re-organization of SAM functions, RoI, Definition and implementation of ITAM processes within IS Department of large accounts)

• Integration services on large SAM Solutions (4 SW publishers) – 4 FTEs
