While I was Export Coordinator (International Trade), I wanted to automate the generation of health certificates, which was a tedious task for our team of 20 people. The IT department had tried and declined. I tried with Excel macros, then I moved to Python and Pandas to solve the problem. I had to install my solution on the 20 PCs (after creating an .exe) but bug fixing was problematic, so I hosted my solution on Django and SQL Lite. This is how I discovered the web world as a self-taught individual.
