As head of the web design department, I was responsible for leading and developing a multidisciplinary team composed of frontend and backend developers, designers, and project managers. My main responsibilities included overseeing the entire website development cycle, from initial design to final delivery, ensuring that projects were delivered on time and within budget. I was also responsible for estimating the costs of creating websites, optimizing resource allocation, and managing the agency's web infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure operations. In addition to this, we ensured the continuous maintenance and evolution of websites to meet the changing needs of our clients. My role enabled the creation of high-quality, high-performance, innovative, accessible websites that were perfectly aligned with our clients' business objectives.
