Product Owner Mobile App - AXA | 2.5 years

At AXA, I was responsible for the complete redesign of the AXA Assurance mobile application, launched in June 2021 and currently rated 4.8/5 on the app stores. This project allowed me to lead the development from end to end, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of an optimized and user-centric application. My involvement focused on defining the product roadmap, managing priorities, and continuously improving the user experience through rapid iteration cycles.

Product Owner iOS & Android Apps - Sephora (LVMH) | 5 years

At Sephora (LVMH group), I worked in an international environment, responsible for mobile applications for Europe and the Middle East. I led complex projects in close collaboration with local teams, which allowed me to develop advanced skills in project management, intercultural communication, and user needs gathering. I also played a key role in Sephora's digital transformation by introducing Agile methodologies and deploying innovative tools such as Salesforce, as well as iOS and Android solutions.
