Development of a new application from scratch with two parts: an administration section and a portal for employee users. The product allows administrators to create and configure personalized affiliation paths, so that each employee only enters the information strictly necessary for their affiliation. As each campaign is specific to the client, the insurance provider, and the subscribed options, the application manages tailor-made paths. Involvement in the entire stack: frontend, backend, database, DevOps, project tracking in an agile environment, and participation in detailed design decisions under the leadership of the lead dev. Implementation of numerous features covering varied functional and technical challenges. Advanced use of coding agents such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code, via contextualized instruction files, to accelerate development, testing, and documentation.

Two projects managed in parallel:

- Creation from scratch of a BUS piloting application.

- Maintenance and evolution of a TV guide management application.

BUS Piloting Application

Complete design of the architecture and application design. Choice of technologies, design patterns, functional scope, infrastructure, and tools. Setup of the work environment: Jira, CI/CD pipelines under Azure DevOps, and deployment on Azure. Mentoring and training of two junior developers, code review and validation, daily technical support.

TV Guide Management Application

Maintenance, bug fixing, and addition of new features on the front-end and back-end, without major architectural redesign. Tracking of tickets defined by Product Owners and participation in discussions between stakeholders and developers to find the most relevant technical solutions. Regular debates on Clean Code best practices, management of stored procedures vs. direct SQL queries, and optimization of existing code.

The high degree of decision-making autonomy on the from-scratch project proved particularly stimulating, and collaboration with junior developers was very enriching and enjoyable.

Development and maintenance of a B2B sales offer publication website specialized in offices. Team of 4 people: 3 developers and 1 Product Owner.

Analysis of client needs and writing of corresponding tickets. Participation in team discussions to define solutions while respecting performance constraints, development deadlines, and limiting technical debt. Creation and updating of UI components in React and jQuery. Handling complex technical constraints: in-house testing frameworks, coexistence of two versions of React. Implementation of front-end logging for monitoring via CloudWatch.

Weekly backend improvement sessions via live-coding with 3 developers, dedicated to resolving technical debt. Rigorous tracking of the technical debt backlog and identification of pitfalls to avoid when implementing new features.

Interventions alternating between adding new front-end features to improve the site's accessibility and aesthetics, and backend maintenance to ensure zero downtime.
