Innov'ATM wanted to expand into the civil drone market and offer a solution to professional remote pilots to facilitate regulatory monitoring and administrative procedures for flight authorizations.

My actions:

- Market analysis

- Creation of a value proposition and corresponding strategy

- Setting up a product and support team with whom we built the product

- Team management, involving collaborators so they become drivers and solution providers

- Design and marketing of the commercial offer

- Business development, regulatory lobbying, and partnership development

Results:

In less than two years, our solution became the #1 solution in France for preparing and monitoring drone missions for professional remote pilots.

I joined Innov'ATM with the mission to create a proof of concept for an anti-drone solution initiated by the DGAC.

This POC was successful, and Innov'ATM was commissioned to lead the project to maturity and deliver an operational system for, among others, the French Air Force.

My actions:

- Creation of an R&D team

- Field immersion of the first systems

- Creation of an innovative interoperable system capable of interfacing with third-party state systems and aggregating a wide variety of detection and neutralization systems

- Implementation of machine learning for reducing false positives and enriching tactical views

Results:

This system is used by the armed forces for the protection of sensitive sites as well as for one-off events (July 14th, G7, overseas operations, etc.) and remains one of the most innovative and robust on the market today.

A French service company was working on creating critical software for a state actor in the field of satellite mission control.

The project was failing, with significant delays and budget overruns, and no convincing functional results.

I was tasked with creating a small agile team, taking over the project from the beginning, with adapted technologies and strong involvement of end-users.

My actions:

- Propose new technological choices

- Implement a team, involve them, and re-motivate collaborators

- Upskill collaborators on software technologies

- Restore trust with the client

- Return to an innovative, reasonable, and controlled project process

Results:

The team and I were able to develop the POC in just 3 months, then subsequently cover the expected functional scope and pass the various Quality Gates for 2 years until reaching mature and certified software.

At the end of my mission, the project team was fully autonomous, competent, and capable of maintaining and developing the software.
