As part of my mission for Decathlon, I handled part of the back-office management related to customer support. My role included:

Managing and responding to customer emails regarding their orders, returns, or information requests.

Moderating and responding to customer reviews to ensure a consistent and quality user experience.

Proactively resolving issues encountered by users, coordinating with internal teams when necessary.

This mission allowed me to develop a high level of responsiveness, excellent customer request analysis skills, and clear, professional communication across multiple platforms.
