Damien Bonnafoux

Graduated from a top business school with a specialization in management control, I have had the opportunity to hold various positions within very diverse organizations. For each of these experiences, I had to create one or more budgets, then monitor them, and finally analyze the variances to understand them.

Building on these experiences, I have a strong adaptability and a transversal vision of companies, which allows me to quickly identify their critical points (positive or negative).

The P&L holds no secrets for me, and I would be delighted to put my skills at your service!

I have an easy interpersonal style, a great listening capacity, and I speak fluent English. I prefer to work on Excel but can adapt to other environments, having already worked on Google Sheets, SAP, and Oracle.

I deliver turnkey, automated budgets, which, with simple accounting extractions, allow for easy updating and tracking of actuals against budget, as well as forecasts.
