Experienced HSE preventer intervening in high-risk technical environments (low/medium voltage electricity, lifting, working at height, coactivity), I support companies in securing their operations and sustainably improving their safety performance.

Present in the field alongside work teams and management, I am involved in both operational prevention and the structuring of HSE systems to make safety initiatives more effective, clear, and truly applicable by the teams.

Through my assignments, I have notably supported multi-site organizations in:

• Securing high-risk activities and supporting field teams

• Accident analysis and root cause investigation (cause tree method)

• Structuring and monitoring safety action plans

• Harmonizing HSE practices across several agencies or subsidiaries

• Implementing safety indicators and dashboards

Specifically, I have significantly improved regulatory compliance and strengthened the ownership of safety initiatives by field teams within a multi-site scope of over 300 employees.

In parallel, I am developing an approach focused on improving HSE management tools. I support organizations in implementing simple solutions to reliably track safety actions, centralize HSE data, and facilitate reporting.

This approach reduces low-value-added administrative tasks and allows for more focus on field prevention.
