Responsible for the management of the site with 60 employees:

- Safety: implementation of safety actions and training

- Quality: daily monitoring and analysis, monitoring of AFCAB and ISO 9001 audits

- Environment: updating of ICPE declaration, monitoring of Cooling Towers and Legionella controls inherent to Cooling Towers

- Logistics: management of raw material and finished product inventory

- Maintenance: project management and delegation to the maintenance manager

- HR: monitoring of personnel management, annual reviews, site payroll

- Production: management of the production schedule, personnel according to needs

- Relations with local authorities (DREAL, COMCOM, Town Hall,...)

Construction steel production plant.

Responsible for the refurbishment and adaptation of production machines for reinforcing bars and welded mesh, equipment such as compressors, handling equipment, cooling systems, overhead cranes,... with associated budget monitoring and by using the existing team or subcontracting, both French and European, given the origin of the machines.

For these missions, multi-technical versatility is always important due to the technological diversity in current production tools (automation, transmission, mechanics, hydraulics, electrotechnics,...)

Production and packaging plant for liquid food supplements and raw materials for pharmaceutical use.

Responsible for managing the maintenance team, spare parts procurement, maintenance of manufacturing, packaging, and storage machines, as well as equipment (air treatment units, chillers, domestic hot water production by gas boiler, wastewater treatment plant,...). Also responsible for projects to adapt installations to specific products, specific packaging, and to address problems encountered for several months or even years by finding existing solutions in other industries that are perfectly transferable to meet our needs.

Also involved in the quality process to meet customer satisfaction by evolving methods and tools or by providing assistance to the quality department to address encountered issues.
