Developer on a legal management software for lawyers, specializing in the integration with Italian Ministry ofJustice services (electronic filing, PolisWeb). I handle the implementation of complex technical specifications provided by the Ministry ofJustice, including authentication logic using a cryptographic USB token, ensuring compatibility on both Windows and macOS systems. I actively collaborate with cross-functional teams: – Support the customer service team with critical issues – Assist testers in defining test cases – Help the Product Owner write acceptance criteria for user stories I'm consistently involved in Agile processes: I participate in sprint reviews and Scrum of Scrums with distributed teams across Europe, helping to manage inter-team dependencies. Over time, I have become the main technical reference within my team for all ministry-related components. I contributed to the design of an algorithm for the automatic updating of legal case files and the development of a dashboard to monitor its results.
