With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, I have developed a solid career in both field work and administrative management. For 10 years, I led ONDATA S.A. as President and Partner, managing projects for renowned companies such as Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson, Claro, Metrotel, among others. It was a pride to have developed and consolidated a company that grew to have approximately 20 employees, providing innovative and efficient solutions.

My role in the company allowed me to gain a comprehensive view of the business, enhancing my ability to adapt quickly to changing environments with a proactive and problem-solving attitude. This experience has given me the confidence to face challenges outside my comfort zone, always with the goal of optimizing processes and generating value.

I am characterized by leadership by example: I believe in demonstrating that a task can be performed on time and correctly before demanding it from others. I hold certifications in project management, networks, routing and switching, Wi-Fi, GPON, FTTx, and CCTV. I am a proactive person, with ease in interacting with different work teams, always with the aim of achieving results aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
