I co-founded this project with my collaborator to address a problem that has strongly emerged in the post-covid era: "continuous customer loyalty".

Submium was part of the "La Forge" incubator in Saint-Etienne on an annual renewable program.

I was therefore responsible for the design and architecture of the technical services related to Submium with the following main responsibilities:

• Design of technical components

o Drafting of technical and functional requirements for the overall project and the MVP

o Service-oriented architecture (Azure) across 3 environments: Development, Testing, Production

o Implementation of Talend ETL DI jobs and Talend ESB flows

o Ensuring infrastructure scaling based on load

o Maintaining technological watch

• Implementation of artificial intelligence systems

o Data model definition

o Setup of data extraction and pre-processing pipelines

o Modeling of traffic and habits

o Development of a subscription recommendation system

I managed a team of 5-10 people at peak activity (production engineers, BI engineers, production technicians).

I was responsible for the IT production department of Qweeby SAS. My main responsibilities were:

• Guarantee of the compliant operation of the functional and technical system

o Development and implementation of Talend data flows (ETL DI, ESB)

o Supervision of all production flows

o Supervision of flow services (Talend Server, Power BI)

o Management of changes, including production deployments

o Management of 5 environments: Development, Pre-production, Testing, Showcase, Production

o Load management and optimization

o Continuous improvement

• Guarantee of the operation of the technical infrastructure

o Supervision and management of access to different systems

o Main point of contact for technical partners and suppliers

o Supervision of services (AS2, SMTP, MariaDB, FTP, X400…)

o Maintaining technological watch

• Ensure a high level of security

o Implementation of the ISO27001 standard

o Implementation of GDPR compliance

I was also an integral part of the design and market launch of the new Qweeby SaaS service redesign. In this context, I had to perform the following tasks:

• Design and architecture of the new data model (Conceptual Data Model, optimizations, etc.)

• Setup of various deployment environments: dev, test, pre-prod, prod

• Implementation of automatic deployment pipelines with GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Rundeck

• Migration of old data, cleaning, and adaptation to the new data model using Talend ETL jobs between MariaDB databases (nearly 50 GB of electronic invoice data)

• Implementation of Talend ESB flows

• Ensuring the Production deployment of the entire SaaS solution
