From co-creation to facilitation and coaching... I combine different methodsto achieve the right mix for each need. User-centered, whether in business model design, sales strategy, or loyalty, I use design thinking methods to place the user, and therefore recurrence, at the core of the issues.

In sales coaching, my approach is pragmatic and tailored to the need. You remain the sole showcase and in charge, I am behind the scenes.

I manage and support the deployment of the Care Access Service (SAS) for the ambulatory sector, in collaboration with SAMU.

Key missions:

Objective: improve the management of unscheduled care and orientation to appropriate care for the right patient, at the right time.

I support Article 51 projects and experiments, as well as the Article 51 program and its teams from the Health Insurance, Ministry of Health, ARS, and CPAM, through the 51 Accelerator. The Accelerator workshops are a place for transparent, multidisciplinary, and focused exchanges. They generate collective output, collaborative problem-solving, and collective decision-making.
