International organization funded by major US foundations, in favor of the proper use of Public Development Aid, particularly in French-speaking Africa. Missions: mobilize French and European political and scientific communities, as well as United Nations agencies. Achievements: establishment and animation of parliamentary study groups in France, Brussels and French-speaking Africa; partnership with the Academies of Medicine and Sciences, research institutes, mobilization of United Nations partners (UNFPA, UNICEF, World Bank), communication (donor reporting, development of communication strategies, writing of materials), events (design, organization and animation of national and international conferences, study trips). Mobilization of private resources (US foundations) and public resources (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, French Development Agency, European Commission, United Nations agencies)

Missions: promote democratic transition in Central and Eastern European countries through the training and support of political and intellectual elites. Achievements: political communication training missions in Romania and Albania, development of an intergovernmental communication strategy, organization, supervision and reporting of election observation missions.
