Cyril Vernay

I graduated from the CESI Engineering School in Lyon in 2015, following a desire to give a new dimension to my career.

I have over 20 years of experience in the Mechanical Industry and Design Office fields.

My academic background has allowed me to evolve in this direction:BAC Pro Plasturgy(in manufacturing),BTS Plastics and Composites(in Research and Development),BAC+3 CAMAO(in CAD) training, and finally, anEngineering Schoolfocused on project management/continuous improvement, during which I followed various modules (Project Management, Problem Analysis and Solving Methods, Communication, Management, etc.).

With over15 yearsof experience in the industry, I have managed numerous industrialization and product development projects, particularly in the automotive (Renault Trucks, Irisbus), medical (Nemera), and defense (KNDS CBRN) sectors.

I have been responsible for the **complete management of project phases**, from feasibility studies, technical calculations, and technological monitoring, to industrial commissioning. I have a good command of planning tools such as MS Project, and a great capacity for anticipation and organization to ensure project success.

I have also been involved inmanaging cross-functional teams and bringing together various internal and external stakeholders(suppliers, subcontractors, clients). I have regularly led multidisciplinary teams, while also acting as a technical referent and trainer during product industrialization and qualification phases.

Finally, I have managed the implementation of production lines, supervised product testing, and overseen relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the conformity and quality of delivered products.
