▸ Master plan, strategic alignment, and IT architecture: development of the 4/5-year IT/AI Roadmap to support group growth. ▸ Global Management: supervision of the organization, human resources (15/20 people), and financial management of the department's activities. ▸ Digital Transformation & AI: management of cross-functional projects including E-commerce, ERP, WMS, and integration of intelligent automation and generative AI solutions. ▸ Data & MDM Governance: structuring of master data repositories to ensure usable, reliable, and secure data for business management. ▸ Security & Compliance: definition and implementation of the security policy (IAM, SIEM, CAC Audit) and compliance.

▸ Preparation & facilitation of strategic steering materials for Management. ▸ Strategic audit of Corporate BI and its governance within Business Domains. ▸ Definition and development of the Corporate BI strategy based on value analysis (Val IT). ▸ Roadmap proposal with definition of BI projects & programs portfolio.
