Cyril Morachioli

Passionate and curious, I am a 29-year-old journalist and documentary filmmaker based in Marseille. Since 2011, I have worked in national and international newsrooms such as Nice Matin, TF1, and France 24, as well as independently with my own audiovisual production company. Whether it's documentary, news reporting, music videos, or original creations, my professional background has led me to excel in various types of work.

In 2010, in collaboration with Laurent Galinon (France 2), I directed "Ils veulent la peau de Berlusconi" (They want Berlusconi's skin), broadcast on John Paul Lepers' "La Télé Libre" website, which focuses on the many faces of opposition to Silvio Berlusconi in Italy.

Between 2015 and 2016, I directed, filmed, edited, and wrote "On s’est guéri ici" (We healed here), a 52-minute film that tells the story of refugee women in the city of Nantes who, through cooking, manage to build their new future in France. With this film, I am currently touring France for screenings in cinemas (about fifteen so far), meeting associations and individuals involved in the migration issue.

A journalist by profession and training (professional degree specializing in television news magazine production obtained at the Cannes School of Journalism, a qualification recognized by the profession), my main skills are video production (filming/editing/post-production/voice-over) for reports and documentaries, writing techniques for audiovisual, radio (Mistral FM), and print media.

At the same time, with my own audiovisual production company, SIENA PROD, I regularly collaborate with large companies from various sectors for their audiovisual communication. My main clients include Webedia, Bosch Automobile, the military mutual insurance company UNEO, Carré d'Artistes, and local authorities such as the city of Martigues.
