Truly passionate about Operational Excellence, team functioning, and more broadly Lean. With solid experience in very different environments such as Michelin, Faurecia, Danone, PSA, LVMH, RATP, and also for SMEs that I have supported in consulting missions. 30 years of experience in various environments have led me to realize the importance of mastering both the technique itself, the functioning and organization of companies, as well as the levers of human sciences, without which the best projects cannot reach their optimal level of functioning.

I have supported and coached dozens of steering committees, executive committees, and operational teams in redesigning their operating and management methods. These involvements have systematically resulted in very clear improvements in SMQDCE performance (Safety, Motivation, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Environment), ranging from 15% to 20% improvement in certain performance indicators such as non-quality and yields, customer satisfaction, and even reducing other indicators like workplace accidents by up to two-thirds, to name just one essential aspect.
