I began my professional career in Banking (wealth management then Forex/Rates sales in a trading room at BNP Paribas) before discovering the field of cash management and Corporate Treasury (Treasury Manager at SODEXO France).

I then took a "round the world" break for 1 year, which allowed me to realize my future professional aspirations. This is how I became a freelance consultant in 2009.

For 13 years, I worked on long-term assignments within the IT departments of large groups (NISSAN, VALEO, SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC), SMEs (INTERIALE MUTUELLE, VIASANTE), or even in para-public institutions (MSA) as a treasury expert, AMOA consultant, project manager, PMO, organizer, and project director.

More recently, from 2022 to the end of 2023, I held the position of Release Train Engineer for a Health business train at MSA _ Mutualité Sociale Agricole (12 teams, 140 employees on board).

In 2024, I was tasked with experimenting, within IMSA (Directorate of Operations and IT Services, Service Relationship, Referential, Elections, and Health), a Transverse Continuous Improvement program DOSI (approximately 230 employees, more than twenty agile teams, and two shared services teams). In this capacity, I initiated a contextualized approach to acculturation, implementation, and steering of Continuous Improvement, strongly inspired by Lean Six Sigma.

I was responsible for orchestrating the organization dedicated to Continuous Improvement within the SAFe framework for agile operation at the company level.

In parallel, I was responsible for carrying out a Proof Of Value for the CAST platform (IT System Analysis by function points) in order, notably, to challenge the perceived value of the transformation of the iMSA company towards an agile organizational model at scale.

Since November 2024, I have been the Director of EDM, Electronic Invoicing, and Transverse Referential projects at EDEL bank.
