As part of the evolution of the Finance information system related to aeronautical maintenance activities (MRO – Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul), I served as an interface between the MRO business teams, the Finance teams, and the stakeholders involved in SAP FI/CO evolutions.

My mission consisted of gathering, analyzing, and formalizing the needs expressed by the various stakeholders to ensure their proper consideration in the proposed solutions. I coordinated exchanges between the operational teams and the information system teams to ensure alignment between business challenges, technical constraints, and accounting requirements.

I led numerous workshops bringing together representatives from aeronautical maintenance, Finance teams, and SAP experts. These sessions helped identify the impacts of planned evolutions on existing processes, clarify functional needs, and validate target scenarios. Special attention was paid to the coherence of flows between MRO activities and associated financial processes.

In this context, I participated in validating business processes and selected solutions, ensuring their compliance with user needs and project objectives. I also contributed to the functional acceptance and user support phases to secure the adoption of implemented changes.

This mission allowed me to leverage my skills in project management, workshop facilitation, functional analysis, and transverse coordination in a demanding environment, involving critical operational and financial stakes. It also strengthened my expertise in the interactions between aeronautical maintenance processes and Finance functions within complex SAP environments.
