Prepare commercial proposals in the form of quotes and monitor the billing of ongoing files. Work closely with luxury tourism providers to offer the most suitable services. Follow up on requests and confirmations of services with these providers. Search for new partnerships (Hotels, guides, carriers, etc.). Create products to offer new experiences to clients.

Handle customer reservations in French and English. Inform clients about the establishment's services and proposed products. Sell additional services (cancellation insurance). Enter reservations into the software and send confirmations. Process payments for stays and follow up on files. Respond to customer inquiries before, during, and after their stay by phone and email.

Handle individual and corporate reservation requests: manage emails concerning business reservations. Implement sales techniques to create added value on rooms and at the hotel's various points of sale. Take other reservations (websites, tour operators): implement procedures/templates for each type of client and follow up until arrival. Review arrivals: client profile, follow up on requests, set up traces to best anticipate client needs. Monitor and process reservation requests via partner extranets.
