Cyril Codron

Passionate about new technologies and software development, I studied in this field. I then chose to specialize in web and mobile project management, and had my first experience within a Web and Mobile agency, as a Project Manager.

I then had the opportunity to join Mention as a Product Manager, directly reporting to the CEO when we were about fifteen employees, with operational / product owner responsibilities (gathering needs, design, UX, specifications, development monitoring…). As Mention grew, my role became more strategic. I also developed Mention's Product department, which now includes Product Managers and Product Designers. In addition to managing my team, my main mission was to drive the long-term product vision and the development roadmap.

Building on these experiences, I now help startups / SMEs / teams develop their products. I am available to help you:

- define your Product development strategy and the associated roadmap

- design the necessary features to achieve your objectives (working with a Product Designer): MVP or new features for an existing product

- ensure the planning and monitoring of developments with the tech team
