My framework in data analysis follows five non-exhaustive steps, each with several tasks:

* Step 1: Needs analysis; mission deadlines; definition of terms of reference, GDPR.

* Step 2: ETL tools (Power Query, SQL Server) that take raw data, extract the information necessary for analysis, transform it into a format that can meet operational needs, and load it into a Data Warehouse.

Teaches courses around the training profile aimed at acquiring skills including compliance with professional legislation specific to self-employment, construction of the financial plan, commercial management, accounting and financial management of the company, human resources management.

Cameroon, Africa Creation of interactive Dashboards, creation of primary data collection tools, establishing connections between tables and data sources for evaluating the performance programs of GIZ, ACMS, RIDEV (technical development cooperation organizations in African and Asian countries). Role: Develop visuals that are both simple to analyze and precise in the information they provide; develop data collection tools; train data collectors. Make presentations to the decision-making team; advise on different response options and edit final reports according to decisions. Challenges: Task planning, adherence to deadlines and procedures regarding regulations on the use of personal data. Results: 5 Dashboard Reports on the progress of the GIZ program, Creation of 03 data collection forms, organization of 06 presentation workshops.
