After various experiences in France and internationally, in the sectors of international solidarity, the fight against climate change, education, agroecology, and crafts, I co-founded BINA WAY.
The philosophy of BINA WAY: “path of integrity,” is a continuation of the guiding principle I have followed throughout these recent years. Whether in the non-profit or corporate world, the important thing for me was to remain authentic and true to my values. Mistakes have always allowed me to learn more, to surpass myself, and to rethink my work differently. I learned that each context is different, that a methodology or a process must always be conceived and built as a team to be accepted, integrated, and implemented. I learned that every person counts and can contribute to the edifice. I learned to become autonomous, versatile, and to specialize in the fields of environmental protection, economic and social development, and food security and sovereignty. I finally learned that I will always have something to learn.
My goal today is to leverage my skills acquired over 16 years to support organizations working towards a more just, sustainable, and inclusive society.
