For over 6 years, I have held quality engineer positions. Through these, I took charge of very operational activities based on workshop issues. These first years of experience gave me a taste for the profession. Carrying out product audits, resolving quality issues, participating in the qualification of special processes, carrying out first article reviews... So many field topics that are now part of my 'basics'.
I then transitioned - for about 6 years - to HSE manager roles. Very enriching experiences due to the diversity and complexity of the issues I had to handle. It was during this experience that I 'honed my skills' on many of the standards I master today (ISO 9001, EN 9100, PART21G). I held ISO 14001 (environmental certification) and PART145 (MRO) certifications. More recently, I led a project to deploy a training school and initiated a CSR approach.
Driven by a taste for challenge, I am now embarking on the third step of my career as Quality Director of an industrial sector company. Giving a new breath of fresh air, reforming, transcending the performance of a department are the keywords that guide all my actions.
