Contribution to the upstream phases of projects: feasibility studies, space design (preliminary design / detailed design), adaptation of concepts to the technical, regulatory, and operational constraints of the sites, while respecting brand guidelines.

Coordination with internal teams (brands, zones, merchandising, development) and external partners (suppliers, service providers), ensuring the smooth flow of information, adherence to schedules, and quality of project execution.

Monitoring the development of furniture and fittings: material selection, technical feasibility, plan adjustments, sampling, and support until on-site installation.

Monitoring the quality of execution and visual maintenance of spaces post-installation, with proposals for layout optimization and continuous improvements in line with site constraints.

Design and coordination of cross-functional projects at the EMEAI level, including the development of a new Perfumery sales model, as well as the creation of the Maison Margiela Travel Retail concept, from 3D modeling (SketchUp) to merchandising presentation materials (furniture, displays, POS).

Writing structured project briefs (concept, layout, materials, technical constraints, business objectives) for internal teams and external partners.

Internship - Management and monitoring of construction sites and suppliers.

Client meetings, taking measurements, 3D modeling, tracking files (invoices, amounts, work progress, client communication, etc.), goods receipt, and site management.
