I simultaneously managed the administrative and accounting tasks for 6 points of sale, 2 e-commerce sites, and an import company, as well as the payroll for 30 employees. Very different environments that taught me one essential thing: to adapt quickly, remain reliable, and anticipate needs before they become emergencies, which can make a real difference for a small structure that doesn't always have the time or the means to manage everything alone.
