Cynthia is a serious provider, attentive to the issues surrounding the mission and who "thinks beyond" the simple execution of the task. Our collaboration was organized with an onboarding during which I showed her precisely what I needed and where she could ask me all the questions she had. Then, we had check-ins every 2-3 days so she could tell me about any difficulties encountered and to ensure she had all the resources for her mission.
