In this project, I was responsible for the design of an app for users to save their medical history. Starting from the existing website, I first mapped out the complete screen flow and proposed a graphic style. As a second step, I designed all the app screens, creating a small navigable and animated prototype. Finally, I designed the onboarding screens and the screenshots for the app stores.
